The Canterbury Aero Club is a recognised leader in providing flight training and recreational flying in NZ.

Club operations are scheduled from three bases, mainly from our own airfield at West Melton, just a 15-minute drive from Christchurch International Airport.

This role has been created exclusively for the Club and its members.

We invite suitably qualified individuals to apply for the full-time permanent position of Chief Flying Instructor / Manager at the Canterbury Aero Club.

Reporting to the Head of Training, this person will have responsibility for management of the club generally and of all flying and  training activities.  Accordingly, this position will suit an individual with strong and proven leadership, management, training and technical skills who preferably but not essentially holds an A-Category Flight Instructor rating.
